License and Permits

The Jackson County Auditor Treasurer's Office is responsible for the permitting of Tobacco and Liquor sales within the county, Fireworks Displays, and Auctioneers and Transient Merchants.

• Fireworks Display Application/Permit - This application is for an outdoor public fireworks display only and is not valid for an indoor fireworks display. This application must be completed and returned at least 15 days prior to date of display.
