JD 32 Public Hearing

Please Take Notice: The Jackson County Board of Commissioners, Drainage Authority for Jackson County Judicial Ditch 32 (“JD 32”), will hold the continuation of the final hearing on the Viewers’ Report of Benefits and Damages for the redetermination of benefits of JD 32. The Viewers’ Report has been filed with the Drainage Authority. The hearing will be held at 10:00 a.m. on March 19, 2024, in Commissioner’s Board Room, 405 4^th St. Jackson, Minnesota. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
