Public Hearing - Board of Adjustment Variance Request - Christopher
When:A request has been made to the Jackson County Board of Adjustment by Scott Christopher on behalf of Kevin and Deborah Christopher, for a Variance pursuant to Jackson County Zoning Ordinance, Section 603.5, Agricultural Preservation, Performance Standards, Rear Yard Regulations. This request is to place the property line closer to the rear yard setback than the required 30 feet. The Christophers would like to split the house, garage and one outbuilding from the rest of the parcel. In doing so, the property line will be closer to one of the structures than the Ordinance allows.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Parcel 06.029.0150 Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE1/4NE1/4) of Section Twenty-nine (29) in Township One Hundred Three (103), North of Range Thirty-four (34), West of the Fifth Principal Meridian. A more detailed property description is on file with the Land Management Office.
A Public Hearing will be held on this matter on Wednesday, February 26th, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Minnesota West, Jackson Campus, 401 West Street, Main Entrance, Room Y101 – Multipurpose Room.
