County Ditch 117 Notice of Informational Meeting

Please Take Notice: The Jackson County Board of Commissioners, Drainage Authority for Jackson County Ditch 117 (CD 117) will hold an INFORMATIONAL MEETING on the Viewers’ Amended Report of Benefits and Damages for the redetermination of benefits of CD 117. Based on information received at the landowner meeting on March 12, 2025, the viewers have given additional consideration to the original benefits roll. The viewers will present an amended benefit roll reflecting a revised benefit consideration for lands in a portion of the CD 117 watershed. The meeting will take place on June 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. (or shortly thereafter) in Room Y101, also known as the Multipurpose Room, at Minnesota West Community & Technical College, 401 West Street, Jackson, Minnesota. Parties affected by the redetermination are encouraged to attend. You are receiving this notice because your property is included in the amended viewers’ report.
