REPAIR HEARING NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Board of Commissioners of the Jackson County Drainage Authority, sitting as the drainage authority for Jackson County Judicial Ditch 2, will hold a repair hearing for presentation of the engineer’s repair report for Jackson County Judicial Ditch 2.

The hearing will be held at 1:00 p.m., March 13, 2025,

Jackson County Commissioners Board Room, 405 4^th St, Jackson, MN

At the hearing, the drainage authority will accept public comment regarding the engineer’s repair report. Any party having an interest in the proceedings may appear and provide comment. Written comments will be accepted at the hearing and by mail through the day before the hearing at the office of Jackson County Auditor/Treasurer, 405 4^th St., Jackson, MN 56143.
