Conditional Use Permit Public Hearing

A request has been made to the Jackson County Planning Commission by Abraham Lusk, for a Conditional Use Permit pursuant to Jackson County Zoning Ordinance, Section 603.4 Agricultural Preservation, Conditional Uses. This request is to operate an ag equipment and new and used trailer dealership business.
