Public Hearing Notice - Conditional Use Permit

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

A request has been made to the Jackson County Planning Commission by Emily Ostercamp, for a Conditional Use Permit pursuant to Jackson County Zoning Ordinance, Section 603.4 Agricultural Preservation, Conditional Uses. This request is for an event center business in which existing building(s) and a portion of the property would be available for rental or for use by the owner which would gather the public and serve food and beverages.
