Public Hearing: After the Fact Variance
When:A request has been made to the Jackson County Board of Adjustment by Zane Hanson, for an After the Fact Variance pursuant to Jackson County Zoning Ordinance, Section 603.5, Agricultural Preservation, Performance Standards, Required Setback Distance to Rear Yard Regulation. This request is to place a cattle barn closer to the rear yard setback than the required 30 feet.

A Public Hearing will be held on this matter on Wednesday, January 29th, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Minnesota West, Jackson Campus, 401 West Street, Main Entrance, Room Y101 – Multipurpose Room.
