Public Hearing Board of Adjustment

A request has been made to the Jackson County Board of Adjustment by Gerald Mellum, on behalf of Gladys Mellum, for a Variance pursuant to Jackson County Zoning Ordinance, Section 603.2 Agricultural Preservation, Permitted Uses and Section 603.5 Agricultural Preservation, Performance Standards . This request is to locate a new residence closer than ½ mile to an existing feedlot and create a lot with a width less than 200 feet.
