Notice of Public Sale of Tax-Forfeited Lands
When:NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the parcels of land described in the List of Tax-Forfeited Land #2025-1 for Public Sale that is contained herein shall be sold to the highest bidder at public sale. The sale will be governed by the provisions of M.S. 282.01. The Basic Sale Prices represent the Minimum Bids that will be used at Auction. The tax forfeiture sale will occur at 10:00 a.m., March 17, 2025, with the sale to be held at the Jackson County Courthouse Board Room, 405 4th Street, Jackson, Minnesota, and that the conditions and terms of the public sale shall be described in the “Terms for the Sale of Tax-Forfeited Land in Jackson County” and in “Facts You Should Know Before Purchasing Jackson County Land Forfeited to the State of Minnesota for Non-Payment of Real Estate Taxes.”
