NOTICE OF FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE PUBLIC HEARING

WHEREAS, upon substantial completion of the contract for construction engineer shall make a report to the drainage authority showing the contract price, amount paid on certificates, the unpaid balance and work that has been completed under the contract. When the report is filed, the auditor shall set a date, time and location for a hearing on the report; and

WHEREAS, the engineer’s report and notice of final acceptance of contract has been filed in the office of the Jackson County Auditor/Treasurer.

NOW THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a hearing for the purpose of considering the final acceptance of contract report in the matter of the drainage repair project on Jackson Judicial Ditch #8, will be held by and before the Jackson County Drainage Authority in the

at which time and place, all persons, parties, corporations, and others interested in said matter are hereby invited to appear and be heard, and show cause if any you have, why said acceptance of final contract should not be approved, or in respect to any other matters in connection therewith.
